Great archive, Group 1. It's very organized and easy to follow. I like the flow of your summary also. It gives a very succinct account of your class projects. The site is visually appealing as well. If I were new to adult education or just curious about the subject I believe I would learn a great deal just by perusing your site. Good job.

Throughout the course I have personally enjoyed your focus on Myles Horton and Cora Wilson. For me, these two statements stood out in your work: 1) "Horton believed that education is tied to people’s struggles against oppression and that education was for action," and 2) "Before women could vote or ever dared to pursue careers of their own Cora Wilson Stewart... became a Superintendent of schools and soon there after started the Moonlight Movement..." I think this depicts the heart of your own pursuit of adult education.

Based on what you have learned, tell us your ideas of adult/community education. Imagine you are introducing adult/community education to the public which has no idea of what adult/community education is about, and your assignment is to use easy-to-understand language to introduce adult/community education to the public so that they will know what it is about, and how it can benefit them.

Great work on your E-Archive. It was very well organized and it was very thoughtful that you added an e-archive. I really liked that you added the pictures with members name. It helped put a face with a name.
